1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on the 500jll platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other rules or policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any individuals accessing 500jll services through any device or medium.

Your continued use of the 500jll platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2.3 Account Registration Process

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 500jll platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings or balances may be forfeited. This restriction exists to prevent bonus abuse, fraud, and to maintain platform integrity.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination, and may result in forfeiture of funds and winnings.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

500jll reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, compliance with gaming regulations, and adherence to these Terms. We may request additional verification at any time, and failure to comply with such requests may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

500jll accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 500jll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Funds deposited into your 500jll account are available for wagering once the transaction is confirmed by our payment processor.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) under normal circumstances. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and security checks. First-time withdrawals require submission of valid identification documents.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and processing time. 4.4 Fees & Charges

Your account balance consists of deposited funds, winnings, and any bonus credits awarded. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5. Winnings from real-money wagers are credited to your withdrawable balance immediately, subject to any active bonus terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Forfeiture

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to expiration periods, typically ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Intellectual Property & Content

9.1 Ownership

All content on the 500jll platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 500jll or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

9.2 Limited License

500jll grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or use data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on any part of the platform.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Games offered on 500jll are provided under license from third-party game studios. Those games remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. All trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers belonging to payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO) are property of their respective owners and are referenced on this platform solely for informational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability

We do not warrant that gaming on the platform will result in winnings or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall 500jll be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

11.1 Informal Resolution

Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a resolution within five (5) business days.

11.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated in writing to our dispute resolution team. All formal dispute submissions must include: your registered account username, a detailed description of the issue, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the resolution you are seeking. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes not resolved through the informal or formal process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.4 Game Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by 500jll's servers shall be considered the authoritative and final record. Where a game is provided by a third-party studio, the records of that studio's servers shall also be considered authoritative. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 500jll account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus balances and pending bonus credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Termination by 500jll

500jll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Activity that poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Any regulatory requirement or court order directing such action

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, 500jll reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or rule violations. Real-money deposits (net of withdrawals) are generally returned to the player unless associated with fraudulent transactions. Termination does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

500jll reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "last revised" date.
